OYC are 40!

There’s no one more surprised than us. Quite how we’ve managed to weather four decades of musical ineptitude is anyone’s guess; at the very least it’s a testament to our tenacity in chasing a lost cause. Yes, we’re disparaging ourselves – it’s the OYC way – but to mark this joyous occasion we thought we’d give away some of our previously unreleased live material, one track from each decade/incarnation of OYC.

We fully intended to have a ‘proper’ release ready for our 40th birthday (officially October 4th,1982) but in true OYC style we couldn’t get it together in time. However we plan a cassette version of this release in an edition of 40.

Stay tuned people, and thanks for supporting us over the years. We could have done it without you but we very much prefer to do it with you.
